28 of the best walkers from the Americas toed the line at the Chula Vista Elite Athlete Training Center seeking world qualifying performances, national records, WA points and personals bests. They did not disappoint.

The event highlights were pending records (NACAC & USA) by Lauren Harris (WalkUSA) at 20000m in 1:31:50.39 and (USA) by Nick Christie (US Air Force / NYAC) at 35000m in 2:38:53.96. Both athletes should have assured themselves of qualifying for the 2025 World Championships in Tokyo from these times.
