DESCRIPTION:World Athletics World Race Walking Tour Silver Label Event\nThis year’s Championship has been accepted as a World Athletics World Race Walking Tour Silver Label Event for the 35km\, 20km\, 10km\, and 5km distances. \nWill serve as the World Athletics Team Selection for the 2025 World Athletics Track and Field Championships in Tokyo\, Japan and the 2025 Pan Am Race Walk Cup April 19-21 (if held). \nLocation & Schedule\nRiverview Parkway and Town Center Parkway \n\nTentative Start Time – 7:30 a.m\nExpected Finish Time 35km Race Walk Winner – 10:05 a.m.\nExpected Finish Time of International 20km Invitational – 8:50 a.m. (men)\, 9:00 a.m. (women)\n\nEntry Information – USATF 35km Race Walk Championships: Entries for the USATF 35km Championships will be due by Monday\, January 6\, 2025\, 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time. The on-time entry fee will be $50 per individual. After this time\, entries will be accepted only as late entries\, up through Thursday\, January 9\, 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time. The late entry fee will be $100. Athletes wanting to enter the USATF Men’s\, Women’s\, & Masters 35km Race Walk National Championships must do so online using the USATF online registration. Registration link to be published on the USATF event page once established. Any masters athlete who enters and qualifies or is accepted for the USATF Men’s and Women’s 35km RW Championships will be automatically put into their proper age group in the results and be properly scored in the USATF Masters Championship\, as well. Any masters athlete who enters but does not qualify for the USATF Men’s & Women’s 35km RW Championships\, will be entered into the USATF Masters 35km RW Championships only. Any open athlete who enters but does not qualify for the USATF Men’s & Women’s 35km RW Championships\, must re-enter the Open (non-USATF Championship) Division\, following the instructions for the Open Division below. There will not be an additional entry fee or late fee charged if an athlete is forced to re-enter the Open Division under these circumstances.\n– Entry and Late Entry appeals should be sent to Diane Graham Henry\, current USATF Race Walk Chairperson at dghphoto@gmail.com.
